Release Notes

AnatomyX Portal

10.24.19

New Features

  • First-Time Logins
  • For users who successfully log into AnatomyX with an unconfirmed email, an email is automatically sent on their first login, to the email registered with their AnatomyX account, prompting them to confirm their account.
  • Users are also prompted to set a new password. They will be prompted every time they login until a new password is set.

  • Relaxed Password Requirements
  • AnatomyX account password are no longer required to contain a capital letter (“A” - “Z”) or special character.

  • Organization Settings
  • Require Student Email Confirmations
  • Organization managers are now able to set, for their organization, whether they require their students to confirm their email before receiving other AnatomyX emails (i.e. Forgot Password, Quiz Results, etc.)
  • Send Quiz Results via Email
  • Organization managers can also set whether they would like to send an email containing a user’s quiz results, as soon as that user finishes a quiz attempt.

  • Help Center
  • There is now a help center that can be viewed at https://anatomyx.com/HelpCenter.
  • The help center has been populated with several articles that help guide a user on the many tasks that can be accomplished across the AnatomyX portal.
  • Related Topics and Related Tags are displayed next to an article to help a user navigate quickly to relevant information.
  • Help Center articles are tailored for each user based on their roles.

  • Release Notes
  • You can now view all AnatomyX AR and Portal release notes at https://anatomyx.com/ReleaseNotes.
  • A summary of the latest release notes will also be displayed on a user’s Dashboard when signed in.

  • Sticky Filters
  • Sticky filters have been implemented, via cookies, and help users get to the information they care about more quickly.
  • Filters
  • If a filter value is selected when filtering a page (e.g. selecting a specific term on the Courses page), rather than being reset on a page refresh, the browser will remember your latest filter selection, and display only the filtered data.
  • Sorts
  • If a certain column is sorted (e.g. sorting student first names alphabetically), similarly on a page refresh, the browser will remember your latest sort selection, and display the data correctly sorted.

  • Correct Answer Labels for Quiz Score Analytics
  • In the header of the Question Scores per Quiz chart, users can now toggle viewing the Question text or Correct Answer along the y-axis of the chart.
  • The correct answer text is now displayed in the tooltips as well.
